The company was established under the name Kutscha spol. s r.o. by signature of a “memorandum of association” on 27 June 1991. The company was incorporated on 26 August 1991. The company’s sole partner was Fritz Kutscha GmbH, Salzburg, Austria. On 20 August 1996, the company name was changed to Raab Karcher, technika čerpacích stanic, s.r.o., and the company’s new partner became Raab Karcher Česká spol. s r.o. On 16 February 1998, the our partner became Raab Karcher Tankstellentechnik GmbH Hamburg, the Federal Republic of Germany. On 16 October 2000, our partner became Walker CZ s.r.o. On 21 March 2001, the company trade name was changed to ACIS, Construction and Technology Services, s.r.o. .On 28 April 2003, the company partner was transformed from the limited liability company Walker CZ, s.r.o.into a joint stock company with a new trade name of Walker CZ, a.s. A list of company activities is specified in the Commercial Register kept by the City Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 3647. The company focuses particularly on activities in building and service for engineering-industrial constructions. The main areas cover construction and a comprehensive service for fuel filling stations and their related parts in our Prague and Olomouc centres; defectoscopy and tank cleaning in the Třemošná u Plzně centre and activities at the State Metrology Centre in Střelice u Brna. At present, the company is one of the leading firms in the Czech market and meets high quality standards at the same time. From the year 2001the company has been enforcing a Quality Management System through the quality standard EN ISO 9001. The company’s system was again assessed in 2009 by the company Burea Veritas Certification and found compliant with the requirements of quality standard ISO 9001:2008. In May 2005 the company went through the certification procedure for the introduction of the SCC** system. Check list for safety of contractors (SCC**) is a standard used for evaluation and certification of safety control systems. The SCC** certificate proves that the certified internal delivery processes were compared with best labour safety management practice standards and were found compliant. In June 2011 the company was recertified by the version SCC**: 2006. According to the safety and occupational hygiene system of employees in the company ACIS, Construction and Technology Services, s.r.o. as well as employees and client of contractors, the company pledged to follow the rules of the standard OHSAS 18001 which was implemented in 2005. In July 2011 the company went through an audit to obtain current certification according the standard OHSAS 18001:2008. The company has also from the year 2005 implemented the ISO 14001 Environmental Protection management system, which sets rules and defines responsibilities for the disposal of waste, air protection, and water and soil conservation.
